We accept many different payment methods and insurance plans to make our services accessible to as many people as possible. At this time we are not in network with Medicare or Medicaid.
For Our Insured Patients:
We are happy to file your insurance claim for you as a courtesy. We ask that you pay for services at the time of treatment. Any insurance estimate should be regarded as just that- an estimate. There are many factors that can affect your coverage. We promise to make every effort to follow up on unpaid insurance claims, but any issues still outstanding after 90 days will be the patients responsibility.

For Our Uninsured Patients:
If you do not have insurance, we ask that you pay in full at the time of your treatment. We strive to have many payment options available.
